Responsible for over 60 different business systems and 7 ERP systems with operations in the United States, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, The Netherlands, and Germany with more than 1200 users. Responsible for managing all order fulfillment systems support and development for both legacy ERP systems (AS/400) and Oracle (UNIX); including customer service, demand planning, sales, technical service, credit, warehousing, distribution, transportation, purchasing, and EDI.
