With 3 team-mates plan the processing and final distribution of all products harvested from 1,250,000 Chickens weekly. Work with Corporate Coordinator and Field Sales team to ensure Purchase Orders consume all production within age constraints. Manage a portfolio of customers. Take all purchase orders, create plant schedule, and coordinate through delivery to ensure order fulfillment and compliance with all FDA/USDA Processing and Export guidelines.

Currently own 3 dump trucks and employ 3 full time drivers. Haul Sand/Gravel/Topsoil for Contractors and the General Public. My wife Rose runs the daily operations and marketing of the business. I help with the maintenance and keep the books.

Started a business distributing Mossy Oak Field Staff Gear in 27 Counties of Central TX. Sold my way into 125 stores. Sold the business to B & T Outdoors and went back to a job with benefits.

Started as a Debone Supervisor, worked up to RTE Fry Line Supervisor in Mt. Pleasant. Left Pilgrims for Plantation Foods, Waco as Shift Manager for 5 yrs. Then moved into Master Production Scheduler Role to handle all the Logistics and Scheduling for the Waco Processing Plant. Handled Scheduling and Logistics through 2 major expansions that increased Ready to Eat output from 350,000 pounds weekly to 3,200,000 pounds weekly. Facilitated employee courses in Food Safety and Microbiology, Continuous Improvement, and Safety.
