Bob Ebe served as a neutral alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider -- arbitrator, mediator and evaluator -- for over thirty years while practicing as a commercial litigator with major law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. He now does only ADR.Bob is a member of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") Large Complex Case Panel of arbitrators, as well as its panel of mediators. Bob was for many years a member of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution's (CPR's) California arbitration/mediation panel and its Western Region franchise specialty neutral panel.Bob has been a member of the California State Bar's Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission (2010-2013) and its select Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (2013-2016). He has written and spoken extensively on a variety of ADR topics.
