Started as a Website Maintenance Specialist (December 2008), promoted as Website Developer (March 2009), then promoted as Data Analyst of the Fulfillment Department (Feb 2010). My ability to spot trends, streamline processes, create efficient workflows, and develop dynamic automation scripts has helped improved our production capacity. From time to time, I am temporary re-assigned to help various teams with their workload and processes.Update 6/2018: I develop and maintain Power BI Data Models and Reports (and our Power BI on-premise data gateway) for the organization, including company executives. In addition, I perform ETL function using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) with CRM Dynamics (basically extracting data from CRM, transforming it, and loading into our SQL Data Warehouse). And I develop c# applications that pull data from REST APIs and saves that data in our Datawarehouse environment. I also create web automation (imacros) scripts using Excel as a tool to dynamically generate my scripts based on variables I defined. Update 9/2019: I've participated in data migration projects (within a team), where we migrate data from one platform to another (specifically from a 3rd party platform to CRM Dynamics), and conduct pre-migration evaluation and analysis (identifying matches in both systems and data clean up using tools and mashing of various data sources to identify which records need to be deactivated, etc.) In addition, I am learning how to create solutions and entities in CRM Dynamics for deployment, thus expanding my knowledge set and skills. I consider myself an experienced BI Developer that can create and support end to end data solutions for our (or any) organization. I can work on site or remotely.
