Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of Company Quality, Safety and Environmental procedures being the Management Representative.Ensure compliance to standards and procedures by individual department and processes with respect to OHSAS 18001; ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 through planned internal audits of each departmental processes and interrelated processes

Review She, QA/QC and Contractual Documents (such as Method Statements, work proposals and claims) prior to submission to client for approval.Contract claims and change order review and recommendations.Manpower and schedule review and recommend/review recovery action plans and all possible claims attached to any change in work.

• Responsible to review and implement the approved Construction Site Safety Program (CSSP)• Responsible for the overall implementation, enforcement and compliance of project HSE policies and procedures, including client procedures, rules and regulation and standards as indicated in the Project HSE management plan• Directly reporting to the HSE department corporate manager regarding to the safety issues• Participate in HSE meeting on weekly basis• Responsible for developing site specific HSE manual and CSSP, HIP, JSA and risk assessment

• Review and approve subcontractor HSE and quality documents. i.e. HSE plan, Risk Inventory and Risk evaluation, Task risk Analysis, Method Statement and JSA,s.• Ensure all documents i.e. Method Statement, Inspection and Tests Plan and Inspection forms are approved and in place before the start of any activity.• Ensure that all MSDS of materials and equipment delivered on site are inspected and approved in accordance with the project specification and other acceptable standards.• Conduct walkthrough inspection of all subcontractor work areas.• Attend construction QC and safety meeting with client managers/representatives to discuss any matters involving the quality and safe system of all the works in progress.• Raise Technical queries and submit to client QC manager whenever any discrepancy between the drawing and the specification arises.• Compile a QC dossier for submittal to client upon completion of the project

• Preparations of HSE Management Plan specific for the project.• Organization for initial and ongoing trainings for the following:a. HSE officers and First Aid personnelb. Supervisors and Managersc. Skills Upgrading and/or Revision for Trades and Qualified Employeesd. Activity specific for Safety Representatives• Carry-out induction of all site personnel into the Project HSE Plan prior to commencement of work on site, and follow-up with site Safety Toolbox Meetings on a regular basis in accordance with the requirements of the Project HSE Plan.• Develop and implement project specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as required by the Project HSE Management Plan.• Carry-out regular inspections of the worksite with Senior Management, Supervisors, Foremen, and Safety Audits Group.• Review the Project Safety Performance and provide necessary reports to Project Manager, advising the trends on site and recommendations for corrective action; for inclusion in the Monthly Report to Senior Management.• Direct all accident and incident investigations to include company equipment and property damage and provide reports as required by the Project HSE Plan, including the administration of accident/ incident reporting system and ensure due distribution of statistical data to concerned persons.• Conduct regular tests or audits of emergency/ rescue procedures as required by the Emergency Response Plan.• Facilitate and administer the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) intended for the workers and correspondingly ensure adequate display of Safety Promotional materials and supply of training materials available for Safety Toolbox Meetings.• Supervise and make necessary coordination with traffic control signs and ensure implementation of specific Traffic Control Plans when required.• Maintain and promote safe working conditions for the whole workforce and all other concerned parties.
