Support and manage the strategic Data & MarTech maturity roadmap for our clients, highlighting existing strengths and key opportunities to increase data-driven marketing strategies.Provide support and best use-cases on the selection and implementation of best-in-class technology around CDP (Customer Data Platform), and Data Cleanrooms project planning (end-to-end) Pitch and scope projects & services to increase data-driven marketing capabilities, connecting back to client business objectives.Scope out project-lifecycle from inception, planning, execution-and-review, working closely with the Data &Technology Director. Lead key stakeholder meetings with agencies and clients, in relation to project delivery and progression.Development and undertake Ad Technology and Post Cookie readiness audits for clients. Reviewing the clients current Ad Tech stack and putting forward recommendations for improvements. Ensure consistent metrics across platforms and accurate and timely data extraction from established APIs.Work with clients such as Diageo, Infiniti, Nissan and Jaguar Land Rover.

Manage the Technical Ad Operations for Betway across Display, Programmatic and Mobile.Working on the implementation and troubleshooting of Analytics (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics). Responsible for digital marketing tagging across all Betway sites. Includes implementing and advising on tagging across all markets and agencies. Work with ad-server (Flashtalking) on solutions and data setups. Including tagging, DCO and creative solutions.Manage key tech partnership relationships including Media Agencies across global markets, DSP partners (MediaMath and Trade Desk), DMP data solutions (Adobe Audience Manager) and Verification partner. Manage DMP (Adobe Audience Manager) including audience creative, first party data ingestion and activation setups. Work with all areas of the business on developing audience strategies. Look at industry innovations and drive new ad tech within the company. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and attend events.

Manage a team of 9+ including Creative Solutions Engineers and Digital Producers. Set objectives for the team and set clear goals for individuals. Continually access team performance and work on individual development.Present and manage high level client meetings including sales presentations. This can include pre and post sales demonstrations, process reviews, and format/product demonstrations.Develop client relations, creating strong working relationships and helping clients stay on top of innovation and product roll-out.Work on global strategies. Advise on product releases, carry out beta testing and review/plan the implementation of products and process changes. Report request from clients back to the R&D team and manage resolutions through to completion. Work on ad production/design and troubleshooting ad formats. Including InApp, Responsive and Mobile development. Technologies include HTML5, CSS/3 and JavaScript.Escalation point for creative issues in the London office. Manage resources, escalate cases and jump on to important issues when needed.

Provide ongoing technical support for Advertisers, Media Agencies and Creative Agencies. Work on campaigns for brands such as Apple, Rolex, Fiat, Apple, Volvo, Studio Canal, Samsung and many others.Working with clients on developing and using Sizmek HTML5 and Video products. Supporting clients across the project life-cycle. Video and Mobile creative lead for London office. Investigating and learning new technologies for HTML5 and Mobile digital content. Set up weekly workshops for employees and training colleagues across the European offices.Internal and external training on the Sizmek platform, services and products. In-house and via webinar.
