Joined Abbott through the acquisition of Thoratec by St. Jude (Oct 2015; $26B) and acquisition of St. Jude by Abbott (Jan 2017; $3.4B). Selected to join litigation group as part of integration process. Currently manage a variety of litigation matters including IP litigation and M&A litigation.

Facilitated integration of Thoratec IP function into St. Jude Medical following $3.4 billion acquisition. Continued to support legacy Thoratec business. As last remaining lawyer from legacy Thoratec, acted as liaison on general legal matters.
