i have worked in Hugher Education for 25 years. My work has included:· Developing opportunities for diversity, growth, and interdisciplinary practice.· Implementing the University's strategic aims and values.  · Contributing to subject and school/faculty management.· Maintaining a high standard of delivery and meeting objectives, developing improving NSS.  · Liaising with the marketing team and strategically planning student recruitment.  · Overseeing the running of degree programmes with a focus on the student experience.· Timetabling and scheduling academic staff and visiting lecturers for module delivery.  · Organising and planning internal and external activities to enhance the student experience.· Engaging with the community and external clients to help support live projects.  · Liaising with admissions and recruitment about open days and interviews.  · Enhancing student employability through and beyond the curriculum.· Planning marking, assessment and student feedback.· Allocating and monitoring programme and module budgets.· Writing, reviewing and validating undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.· Writing business cases for estate and other programme resources.· Promoting and supporting staff research.· Mentoring staff and postgraduate students.· Supervision of BA, MA, MFA and PhD independent projects.· Contributing to staff and student training
