Review and make recommendations on funding for Behavioral Health proposals submitted to Bernalillo County New Mexico's Behavioral Health Initiative. Five years ago Bernalillo County voters approved collecting 1/8th of 1% sales tax to dedicated to behavioral health programs in Bernalillo County. The proposals are submitted through County and channeled to one of 4 subcommittees (Crisis, Supportive Housing, and more) for review and recommendation on funding to a "steering committee and the joint Albuquerque, Bernalillo County Governing Council. The sales tax proceeds for BH is approximately $25M a year.

Albuquerque Interfaith is a nonpartisan non-profit branch of the Industrial Area Foundation that was founded in 1940 in Chicago, 25 years ago in Albuquerque. It is an organization of organizations made up of Faith organizations, non-profits and schools which advocates for a better life for ALL.

Planned and developed water systems in underdeveloped areas of Latin America for small towns, schools, and pueblos. Coordinated with pueblo leaders, coordinated implementation of the projects, and provided on-site guidance in coordination with the local community members for gravity feed and well fed drinking water systems and sanitary systems. Relied on WHO water well development theory and on standard engineering/horologic practices to create sustainable drinking water systems.
