I’m excited to be part of the Government of Canada’s Digital Transformation movement. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation (IA) are considered critical enablers for organizations to meet their transformation strategy. I'm looking forward to be leading the Intelligent Automation program out of the CTO's Data Science and Artificial Intelligence directorate. Our IA program will remove barriers which clients experience. We will remove RPA solution procurement challenges, access to skilled process automation resource, stand-up a Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Automation (CoEIA), while being a client advocate for enabling IA/AI infrastructure within Shared Services Canada.

Reported directly to director of Network Engineering and Operations. Primary responsibilities were to work closely with Sr. Network Architect in order to represent the organization with other departments and cross discipline working groups.
