As a Territory Manager, I am responsible for driving sales growth and client satisfaction across my assigned region. I have been in this role for over two years, after transitioning from a successful career as a Detective at the New York City Police Department.With over a decade of experience in conducting criminal investigations and obtaining evidence, I am a certified criminal investigator by the NYPD and a trusted advisor to my clients. I use my outbound sales and customer relationship management (CRM) skills to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships with agencies and individuals. I also navigate government fiscal procedures, such as integrity control, audit, and procurement, ensuring compliance and accountability for every transaction.
