• Technical support for Market Data and FIX connectivity on the Chi-X Europe trading platform in both Production and UAT (Linux Redhat) environments
• Managing client on boarding and FIX testing with trading participants,vendors and third party IT suppliers
• Implementation and configuration in the production and UAT environments, testing order flows to clearing counterparties, including interoperability
• Analysing logs for Market Data and FIX connectivity issues
• Monitoring the exchange's production environment with custom GUIs

• Incident Management – responsible for the lifecycle of incidents logged through the European Service Desk
• Change Management – responsible for migration of entire Euronext LIFFE Connect client base to new UTP across London and Europe liaising with Euronext, 3rd party IT suppliers and traders
• Project managing client connections to price feeds such as Eurex ETS/EBS, Xetra plus connection to vendors such as ACTIV, UL Link and Tick TS for stock order routing using FIX
• Run BETA testing projects with clients for new versions and functionality upgrades including the Eurex annual upgrade
• Monitoring KPIs through the Salesforce CRM Database, review and update processes to ensure the provision of continual service improvement in line with ITIL standards
• Client relationship management, working as an escalation point in dealing with client concerns

• Providing application and technical support to traders and support teams using Actant trading platform (primarily options trading and market making on Eurex and Euronext)
• Providing 2nd line support for front end functionality and gateway issues via remote desktop connection with the client
• Logging each incident reported by clients/traders and resolving issue as fast as possible, escalating when required using Salesforce CRM Database
• Log analysis to assist in troubleshooting
• Co-ordination and implementation of rolling out new versions of Actant software and exchange related upgrades (i.e. Eurex Gateways, FIX stock order routing etc)
• Managing the migration process from Global Topic to ACTIV or Reuters Price Feed for all clients
