Bilingual Project Coordinator
CurrentFulfillment of specific client requests.Coordinate with project manager to ensure deadlines were met.Escalate issues concerning completion, timelines and delays. Schedule a team of technicians to complete tasks. Escalate any other issues to management, as required. Obtain daily progress reports from team leaders and followed up with tasks.Ensure all requests are closed for billing and invoiced.Work with Project Manager and Client Service Manager to ensure a high level of customer service with a view towards repeat business. Escalate any project scope change requests using change control. Update and maintain the Project Control Log. Update and maintain each project schedule.
