Current-24/7 Operational needs-Serves as Driver /Operator of the PSP Mobile Command Posts (CDL) and is responsible for their set-up/teardown when deployed.-Operation/maintenance/support of the technical equipment contained with the MCPs to ensure the vehicles are in a high state of readiness at all times.-Work high profile PSP details when BCIS has a role regardless of MCP deployment where a Fixed Command Post or Joint Operations Center is required.-Understanding of PSP Software application to include but not limited to: RMS/CAD, CLEAN, AIMS, MDT, GIS, JNET and Juniper Remote Software.-Serves as operator/administrator/supporter of technical equipment to include any/all radio equipment (including but not limited to: Low Band, VHF, UHF, Opensky 800 MHZ, P25 Systems); desktop computers, laptop computers and networked computer systems; ACU1000 Channel Patching Equipment; Video Monitoring Equipment; Polycom Video Conferencing Equipment; Aviation Video Downlink Equipment; Eventide Recorders; Switches; Telecommunications Equipment (Verizon, Sprint , AT&T Cellular Lines; Network Access); Satellite Equipment (Tactical Satellite Phone Lines; Network Access); ICS Outrigger System which extends the Network (Computers. Phones, Fax, Aviation Video Downlink) from MCP to a Fixed Structure up to 1000 feet; Wireless P.A. Address System; Shoreline Power; 25k +/- Generators.-Independently installs, configures and maintains MCP Network equipment and software. Monitors the performance of the network software and hardware.-Installs, configures and maintains routers, switches, hubs, and UPS Devices.-Organizes/inventories equipment/supplies received at warehouse and organizes/surpluses old or expired equipment as needed.-Setup and activate phones for deployment.-Assist in configuration and maintain Cradle point and connections in Mobile Command Post.-knowledge and use of Service now application-Surplus decommissioned equipment, using DGS Pass system.
