* Team Lead -Managed tasks and workload for 8-20 subordinate Investigators. Provided technical, organizational, and operational support to subordinates as needed. Implemented new strategies to clarify investigator priorities and convey contract initiatives in a way everyone can understand.Performed check-rides and periodic evaluations of subordinates.* Investigator- Completed and exceeded monthly goals for OPM background investigations. Provided quality reports to the CACI review staff. Averaged more than 5 weighted testimonies per day while completing several TDY assignments in support of the OPM contract. Served as a mentor to 6 new investigators.

North Florida

- Successfully completed Office of Personnel Management's background investigations training. Completed all assigned background investigation work as required by CACI and OPM. Functioned completely independent of supervision while setting and meeting daily objectives and monthly goals.Functioned as the owner/ operator of an LLC and partnered as a 1099 contractor to distribute the products and services of New View Windows and Doors.

*Operations Manager-Hired as the Operations Manager and organized a complete departmental re-structure from the ground up. Supervised 12 individuals in 4 separate sub-departments.- Implemented an on-line accounting system to serve as a central location for information. Performed required administrator duties to keep the software up to date and user friendly.- Responsible for coordinating with our accounting firm to be certain that our high level financial reports mirrored our daily financial position and using this information to set a sales forecast for the coming period.

* HMX-1, Quantico, Virginia June 2001-Nov 2004- Traveled domestically and abroad in support of the Executive Flight Detachment and served as a key component for launch and recovery operations for the President of the United States.- Coordinated personnel, equipment, financial resources, and “on the fly” operational needs to ensure the successful execution of over 50 international and domestic Executive Support Missions.- Assisted in required training during the Navy’s transition from written technical publications to the use of electronic publications utilizing the PDF format.- Received recognition from the Department of the Navy, Sikorsky Helicopters, and Heavy Lift Quarterly Magazine for my innovations in maintenance practices.- Completed the Intermediate Level TIG welding course in Cherry Point, North Carolina.* HMH-462, MCAS Miramar, California Sept 1997 – June 2001- Completed 2 successful 6 month deployments to Okinawa, Japan.- Gained Quality Assurance certification in the airframes and hydraulic work centers.- Maintained several collateral duty programs such as Ground Support Equipment Licensing, Technical Publications Library, and the Tool Control Program.
