Founded this wholly-owned subsidiary of Unisource Worldwide (Purchased by Veritiv). Responsible for the vision, marketing and sales of dead and excess inventory from 80 locations across the United States, concentrated in paper, packaging, jan/san, and food service for this former $4B private company. This enterprise centralized and established a cohesive method to reduce excess inventory, 'right-size' troublesome inventories while increasing the rate of return to each local branch.

I founded Graphic Paper of Ohio to exclusively serve paper merchants with an alternative source to their mills of ready and custom sized fine paper. We sold paper throughout North America and around the world through state-side exporters. Our market footprint was optimized from 5 warehouses and operational excellence achieved through streamlined and efficient internal processes.
