Management Analyst
Current- Provide operational support to the City Manager through research and analysis across various domains. Prepare reports and presentations to management, city staff, and elected officials.
- Lead a range of projects, from public-facing surveys and special events to intragovernmental relations and public transit initiatives.
- Analyze financial data, research budgetary concerns, and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Select, adapt, and apply appropriate research and statistical techniques. Promote.
- Adapt to a changing role. Cover essential responsibilities for vacant positions such as Public Information Officer, Economic Development Specialist, and Capital Improvement Plan Program Manager.
- Leverage trust and autonomy granted by the City Manager to contribute strategically to the city's welfare, implement improvements, and address high priority needs as they arise.
