An Army officer with a passion for developing others. I commissioned into the Army and graduated in December of 2020. In my coursework I learned the fundamentals of engineering and chemical processes. I take a logical and thought out approach to everything I do.My passion is to be a leader and subject matter expert. I do this by studying my craft and building teams with a diverse set of skills. Having a team with a diverse skill set, and empowering teammates to work in their respective areas of expertise has led to success.
