I serve as the director and C-suite leadership advisor in charge of three safety offices with a twelve safety manager staff, overseeing a cadre of 110 site safety representatives, safeguarding a 76 combat aircraft fleet, and the 11,000 local base population by orchestrating a robust inspection and hazard tracking program resulting in the identification and mitigation of over 400 risks to ensure the safety of industrial and multi-military service and multinational aviation operations. I serve as an expert on six cross organizational councils and working groups to tackle by-law requirements and high-risk program hazards to ensure leaders meet by-law requirements and protect workers exposed to high-hazard programs resulting in two programs being recognized as a benchmark by enterprise-level safety office and my office receiving an annual safety trophy.

Managed a three-person Occupational Safety Office and a cadre of 68 agency safety coordinators. Led the safety management system mishap prevention program. Through this continual improvement process my team overhauled an installation confined space program with over 1.4 thousand confined spaces among ten operational teams to ensure worker safety through effective written plans and worker equipment training. Additionally, my team made a transition from OSHA fall protection requirements to the more stringent ANSI Z359 fall protection requirements resulting in my office being recognized as the Occupational Safety Office of the Year.

Head of an office of eight safety professionals across the Occupational Safety, Aviation Safety and Weapons Safety disciplines. Serve senior leaders by managing risk through worker education, overseeing a robust inspection program, investigating accidents for root causes, and implementing lasting recommendations to prevent harm to workers or company assets. During this time, I was received the Safety Manager of the Year Award for the Air Force Pacific region.

Led a team of four safety professional from the US and Japan who managed a team of 48 safety coordinators. I drove a bilateral meeting with my Japanese safety counterparts to develop and implement eight traffic easing solutions for peak traffic volume on installation which affected the nearby local community. I also integrated a bilateral safety training program to incorporate our Government of Japan coworkers into training and procured funds to incur no cost to Japanese workers. This resulted in an 80% reduction in minor hazards in bilateral work areas. For these accomplishments I was awarded the Safety Career Professional of the Year Award.

During this period my role was to transition from being a hands-on shop-level safety coordinator to an installation safety program manager who oversees and supports shop-level safety coordinators. In this role I built my proficiency in confined spaces, fall protection, lockout/tagout, traffic safety, supervisor safety, hazard abatement, hazardous material, hazardous waste, and risk management.

Further broadened by technical experience as B-2 avionics shift supervisor who managed a team of eight members for asset repair and career progression. In this position I was charged with the production of functional avionic assets to ensure aircraft mission generation. While serving in this position, I was in charge of the shop safety program, which was recognized as a benchmark safety program by the installation-level safety office. With this successful safety program and desire to help other teams, I transitioned my full-time job to occupational safety.

Broadened my expertise to F-16, A-10, and HH-60 avionics systems to help fill manning shortfalls across multiple avionic shops and served as the F-16 shift team leader. I served as the safety coordinator for multiple avionic shops, where I tailored safety training to specific shop hazards and conducted safety training for 55 assigned and 110 temporary duty personnel.

Specialized as an expert in F-15C and F-15E displays, control interface, and processing unit avionic packages, while obtaining my craftsman skill level. During my tenure in this position, I served as the shop safety and environmental coordinator. As the safety coordinator, I managed a local spot inspection program and led the safety training for a 60-person shop. As the environmental coordinator, I managed a hazardous material program, along with universal and hazardous waste streams. I also was in charge of reducing the shop's waste stream by recycling used oil for heat production for local industrial shops.

Worked as an apprentice on F-15 avionics system displays, processing units, and radar packages. During my tenure in this position, I worked diligently to obtain the journeyman skill level.

Completed 28 semester hour F-15 Avionics Test Station and Aircraft Component Apprentice Course.

Completed United States Air Force Basic Training and 20 semester hour Electronic Principles technical training.
