PROD (Portable Remotely Operated Drill) is a subsea drill that gathers soil data up to a water depth of 3000m and a drill depth of ~125m below the mudlineI initially spent a ~year as a Mechanical Design Engineer working on the PROD2/3 project, before gradually moving into a more operations focused role. A typical year would see me working approximately, 3x months as a Driller/Operator/Supervisor working with the Machine in an offshore environment, another 3x months working on Maintenance/Upgrade periods, and the remainder time in the office as a Operations/Support Engineer. I have worked on location on Projects in, Australia, Singapore, Norway, UK, Congo/Angola, Chile/Argentina, & Azerbaijan. In 2012, I implemented a custom maintenance management system which led to a new role starting in Jan 2013 as Asset/Maintenance Manager based in Houston
