Responsible for the management and delivery of three new bio-fuel generator projects to add to the existing portfolio of operational sites. This included all facets of the project from planning, design, budgeting and delivery to providing high level project progress reports and working with stakeholders.• Helped design and deliver a modular `plug-and-play' system to reduce both installation times and CAPEX and OPEX costs for future projects.• Applied a value engineering approach across all areas of the projects while managing the budgets and project costs in collaboration with the finance team.• Oversaw and organised the project team, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the projects.• Implemented a pragmatic approach to problem solving to help mitigate any potential delays to the project timeline that arise during the work.• Captured and documented any highlighted issues or delays and put together a robust process to remove the risk of scheduling impacts from future projects.
