I provide proposal review and development services to DoD customers as well as business process development, refinement and training.

I proudly led a large team of proposal and pricing professionals across the United States, responsible for over 400 proposals a year, exceeding $1.2B of total contract value to the company. I created and trained all required employees in the Business Development, Capture Management and Proposal Development processes used by CAE USA for all domestic and FMS/DCS bids.

I was responsible for the successful development and operation of the Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre in support of the Royal Australian Navy MH-60R Foreign Military Sales effort. Through strategic hiring of personnel and development of deep professional relationships with all customer stakeholders, we have been able to exceed all cost, schedule and performance expectations of the contract. With full profit and loss responsibility for the program, I was able to significantly increase program growth beyond initial forecast and achieve more than a 60% profit for the company since program inception.

I was responsible for the achievement of cost, schedule and performance objectives for multiple international and domestic training services programs. Each program afforded me the opportunity to learn about each unique environment and customer. Through my overseas management experiences, I have gained a deep understanding of export compliance, foreign acquisition processes, and expatriate employee support. With many of these programs being Classified, I am well educated in foreign classified material safeguarding and control, and the associated risks to the Company. I have a unique understanding of interrelationships between other CAE business units having both CAE Australia and CAE UK as subcontractors of mine. My domestic programs have included direct support to all branches of our military services and also subcontract support to Boeing, Lockheed, and other Prime Contractors. In addition to the above-mentioned MH-60R Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre program for the Royal Australian Navy, I have successfully managed the following programs:• CH-53/UH-60 Helicopter Aircrew Weapons Systems Training Contractor Logistics Services to the Israeli Air Force in Palmachim, Israel• P-3 and C-130H Contractor Logistics Support to the Taiwan Air Force and Navy in Kaohsiung, Taiwan• AV-8B/KC-130 In-Service Engineering Office support to the United States Marine Corps and Navy at MCAS Cherry Point, NC• P-8A Contractor Logistics Services to Boeing in St. Louis, MO• A-10/EC-130J Contractor Aircrew Training and Courseware Development support to the United States Air Force at Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ• C-130J Hercules Integrated Operational Support to the British Royal Air Force at RAF Brize Norton in Carterton, England • Geospatial support to the United States Army Modeling and Simulation Office at Fort Belvoir, VA

I was responsible for all capture and proposal development activities for CAE USA Training Services. I coordinated all resources, developed and managed all proposal response schedules, managed personnel and maintained responsibility for completed deliverables.

Responsible for all aspects of task order proposal development for the aerospace maintenance and logistical service division of L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace. My duties included close coordination with the Capture Management Team to ensure strategic targeting of business opportunities; performing thorough reviews of solicitations to ensure proper organization of proposal responses; issuing writing assignments and developing proposal schedules; blending written responses to ensure conformity to section L requirements; developing and incorporating graphics to support text; managing documents through multiple reviews; properly incorporating revisions and coordinating final production of the response.Additionally, I created a Task Order Cell (TOC), responsible for the development of Task Order Responses in support of multiple IDIQ contracts. The TOC is also responsible to organize and maintain all historical proposal material to allow for rapid retrieval.

Responsible for the management of a 640 person team of maintenance and logistical support personnel at 83 locations, helping to ensure the safety and operational capability of the U.S. Army at Fort Hood and abroad. I managed bottom line factors, including company vision, long range strategic planning, global personnel management, and multilevel customer interaction at Fort Hood, Iraq and Afghanistan. I directed a cross functional management team comprising Safety, HR, Quality, Production, and Logistical Management personnel - helping the company to become the largest defense contractor on the largest military installation in the world in 2005. In support of the company's Army expansion initiatives, I provided direct support to the proposal management team in the form of technical writing and final review of company proposals. Additionally, I:* Increased annual sales from $2.6 million in 2001 to over $30 million in 2005.* Transformed the Ft. Hood team from 47 to 640 personnel.* Helped provide high profitability through strategic and efficient restructuring.* Was instrumental in developing the Defense Contractors Council within the Killeen Chamber of Commerce.

Served as a Crew Chief in the United States Air Force Reserve, initially on C-130 aircraft at Peterson AFB, CO, then C-5 aircraft out of Lackland AFB, TX. Called to active duty immediately following September 11th, to support C-5 maintenance operations at Dover AFB, DE

Responsible for the management of a 120 person team of missile technicians, vehicle maintenance and logistical support personnel. I used my extensive knowledge of PATRIOT Missile Systems to direct the service and maintenance schedule of multiple teams at Fort Bliss, Texas. I developed and implemented procedures to support PATRIOT Missile Systems, from service schedules through complete rebuilding of launcher assemblies.

Honor Graduate, PATRIOT Missile Systems Technician School (27X), then served as Intermediate Support Detachment for multiple deployments to theater with 3rd Battalion 43rd Air Defense Artillery, Ft. Bliss, Texas

Served as a Infantry Squad Leader in the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Served as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant with the 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment at Camp Pendleton, California. Deployed in support of both Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Served as the 1st Marine Division Classified Material Control Center Chief and served on Barracks Duty at Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines.
