Member of Athletic Department’s Executive Management Team. Over 20 years experience of increasing level of responsibility in all facets of the external operations of the Department of Athletics. Serve as department liaison to University Advancement Team. Identify, cultivate and solicit major gift prospects, foundations and corporations. Assist in daily management of 12-member External Relations staff. Develop and implement strategies to secure naming rights, major gifts, manage Seawolves United annual giving program, Seawolves Points system, steward current donors and cultivate new prospects on a daily basis. Provide daily leadership for all aspects of development, strategic communications, marketing, promotions, special events, licensing and branding to ensure they are consistent with department goals and objectives.
