Served as an advisor to manufacturers, engineers, management, related organizations, and/or contractor personnel, giving authoritative advice relative to testing and evaluation. Designed and oversaw manufacturing of composite test articles for cryogenic and pressure applications. Wrote test plans and procedures and reviewed test requirements. Skilled in use and selection of accelerometers, shakers, load cells, pressure transducers, flow meters, piezo, piezoceramic, signal conditioning/processing methods, and non-contacting optical measuring devices (i.e. lasers and laser vibrometers). Submitted written test reports and research and development proposals, and served as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) proposals and projects. Wrote, reviewed, and revised organizational issuances (OI's) that document testing, operation, verification, and calibration procedures and guidelines. Proficient in use of vibration and modal test, analysis, and data processing software such as LMS CADA-X, LMS Test.Lab, HP, Spectral Dynamics STAR, Matlab, Polytec, and LabVIEW.
