PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: collaborated with nine key staff leaders to implemented policies and systems; create plans and objectives, and managed individuals to supervise class instruction, to oversee department functions, and to network with clients.STAFF DEVELOPMENT: recruited over 200 individuals per year and trained them in areas of client relations, task performance and leadership traits necessary to achieve organization goals.EVENT PLANNING: initiated, marketed and implemented three to five events per year to bring entertainment, instruction or inspiration to parents, businesspersons or youth from the community. Each event attracted 50 to 1200 individuals.
