• As a member of the Executive Team:
• Direct the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to retention, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organizational.

• Review and create company safety, risk, and EPA policies and procedures for all employed trades, concrete, electrical, roofing, freight drivers, mechanics, carpenters, and iron workers.
• Ownership of Workman’s Compensation process (root cause investigation, status tracking, return to work, settlement). OSHA record keeping and reporting responsible.
• Inspect facilities and work site practices and equipment for OSHA & EPA compliance.
• Conduct random OSHA safety & risk inspections of roofing and construction sites.
• D.O.T. documentation compliance from new hire to road ready responsible for all drivers (AR-CV, MERV, MVR, RTRTC, MEC, SPHRR, CDVR’s).
• Inspect safety equipment, machinery, fleet vehicles, and burglar and fire protection systems.
