I manage the complete recruitment life cycle for Senior Claims Executives, Claims Managers, Claims Supervisors, Commercial and Personal Lines Adjusters and Special Investigative personnel nationwide. Meticulous planning, strategizing and partnering with HR Professionals to ensure successful long-term placement of high-quality candidates. Sourcing methods include but are not limited to: cold calling, data banks, industry networking, trade events, professional affiliations, job/internet niche websites, industry associations and job boards. • Negotiate contracts and scope of project stipulations with executives of client companies; including terms of payment, fee schedules, guarantee periods and requests for proposals• Assess personal / professional needs of candidate to assist client in composing offer packages; present offers and negotiate with both candidate and client to conquer objections• Support candidates through recruitment cycle by rigorous behavioral interview prep, interview debrief, offer extension, offer negotiations and successful orientation and integration into new roles• Attend conferences, association meetings, job fairs and other networking events to build relationships, promote the firm and develop an understanding of the national and regional employment markets
