• Developed a program to prepare team leaders to instruct classes on Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) for the Departmental Maintenance Program
• Utilized most current Technical Manuals and created maintenance plans within SAP that ensured all equipment was being serviced at the correct intervals. Increased overall readiness of equipment and detected issues.

• Managed the department’s maintenance capabilities which supported the ability to provide transportation and material handling equipment services. Utilized technical expertise to plan, coordinate and execute maintenance.
• Successfully prepared and loaded 16 transportation vehicles, 8 KALMARs, and 8 10K forklifts on rail followed by vessel for safe and secure transport to Europe from the United States
• Developed a safety program for over 80 Soldiers across four bases in Korea. Ensured safety procedures in maintenance operations were being followed and ensured all personnel were briefed on safety regulations upon.
• Effectively outsourced small-arms repairs to multiple entities due to personnel shortages across 4 locations. Ensured weapon systems were properly maintained and ready for use with minimal impact daily operations
