I am passionate about servant leadership and that passion drives me to take care of those who care for their patients. My passion for leadership is evident through my 20-years military service and I continue to serve. I joined the US Army Reserve in 2003, became a Non-Commissioned Officer in 2005 and have grown my leadership skills from that moment on. I am skilled at caring for those in my charge while successfully managing the business aspects of healthcare. My goal is to help an organization grow by focusing on its greatest asset, its people. I aspire to be a focal point for those I lead so that they may focus on those in their own charge.
