Currently Manage the back office of GGP's following areas: Lease Acctg, Bus Dev Acctg, Collections, Legal Collections, Credit and Cash Receipts. Total staff of approx 110. Currently reengineering the processes today. GGP Back Office was decentralized until 2011.

In 1996 Simon Property Group (SPG) acquired DeBartolo. I joined SPG as Director of AP, Cash Receipts and Legal Collections with a staff of 45. In January 2000 I was promoted to VP of Financial Operations. The areas under my responsibility include AP, Cash Receipts, Legal Collections, Credit, Collections,Lease Acctg. and Operating Statistics. As of March 2010 I have 155 staff. Affiliated through my role at SPG I am Treasurer and Board Member of Simon Youth Foundation (SYF). SYF is a $5 million non-for profit organization whose mission is to educate at-risk youth. I am involved in the budget process and presentation of Operating results to the Board. I am also a Trustee and Committee Chair of the Audit Committee for The Children's Museum of Indianapolis since 2008. The Museum has a $300 million endowment. In 2012 with the move to General Growth I have removed myself from both Non profit boards. SpecialtiesI am actively involved in Acquisitions and Mergers. My role is in the initial due diligence stage as well as transition the acquired company into SPG all books and records. I am involved in many projects as a steering committee member for system developments or enhancements.
