I am currently the BRC handling every truck that comes in 5 to 7 a week. I off load and process every piece with any store security measures that are required by our corporate policies and work with each department to get the stock to the floor as soon as possible. I keep my stock room clean and organized and keep up with every department coordinator to get the stock to the floor in an efficient manner. I maintain a good balance of customer service and customer relations to help both the customer and the employees. I have my own staff in which I place in various different departments where ever the help is needed most. I work every department still as needed when the stock gets to be too much for their staff. I will step in and help them organize and get the stock to the floor or back stocked properly. Throughout the year the demand of the BRC is to be a multi-tasker and work everywhere that is needed; sometimes multiple departments in one shift to help my coworkers to the best of my abilities. I maintain inventory levels, process, scan and input merchandise into the store database systems. I work with every department in order to successfully get all the merchandise to the floor in an efficient but timely manner.

Prep assistant and advanced to Head Prep Cook, and soon after Head of morning prep and trained as a line cook at the Wild Flowers Restaurant within the hotel. Additional responsibilities include each day working with the Banquet Chefs and prepare foods for weddings, parties, business lunches, dinners, and many other functions in which we offer our services at our facility. Current responsibilities are working as the Head Prep Cook/Line cook for the Pantry Department of the kitchen and the hot line handling both departments in one shift organizing and overseeing the morning prep work, assist in the preparation of our daily breakfast and lunch. I am responsible for our daily breakfast buffet for all of its contents and set up requirementsincluding hot, cold, and dry stock items. I am also responsible for preparation of all of the foods for the Wild Flowers weekly Lunch Buffet, Sunset Grill or The Bistro and also for our various Holiday Buffets. Also preparing foods for the Sunday Brunch, and determining the prep amounts indicated that are needed for a normal weekday event, holiday, and planning the increased portion sizes for the Grand Breakfast or Grand Dinner Buffets. I handle the weekly dairy orders, and assist the Executive chef with his food orders, finding cheaper ways of reducing food costs, and the ordering process along with monthly inventory for the kitchen. Daily responsibilities also include working the Hot Line making breakfast entrees, lunch entrees, and occasional dinner entrees while working with the Banquet Kitchen or awaiting the next shift replacementworking Forty hour plus per week, with the Executive Chef on a daily basis along with the Banquet Chefs and other cooks as well.
