Prior to joining ON, I served as Vice President/Divisional Merchandising Manager at Nordstrom (Men's/Active/Kids Shoes), where I led a high performing team of 8 direct reports to scale growth and profitability for this iconic retailer. Having had a foot in both the retail, wholesale and DTC markets, I bring a unique and seasoned eye to the new age of commerce and customer engagement.
