Completed Co Managed $200 Million Plus Expansion to Maryland Live Casino. 3 Phases as follows.Phase I: Construction of 17 Story Five Star Hotel with Restaurants, Spa Facilities and 303 Rooms with a 1500 seat Ballroom/Meeting Center.Phase II: An Addition of a Three Tiered State of the Art Event Center. That expansion consisted of enlarging the existing facilities of the Hotel from a 1500 seat facility to a 4000 seat facility.Phase III Direct Managed, Three Phased Parking Expansion of 1960 new parking spaces along with converting One Million Gallon Storm Water Pond into Underground Tiered Storage facility. September 2016Start working for Cordish group in Baltimore area as independent consultant.

March 2012 to Decmber 2008 with Gilbane acting as consultant to a retail client and acting as a in house PM in handeling constuction, facilties projects in Mid Alantic Region. Duties consisted of managing capital projects ranging across facilities & construction from concept stage all the way to project completion. in this capacity, I worked with and managed both in house and external to the client in following areas. Finance, Real Estate and Development, Legal, Design an Engineering and various internal departments and external client vendors.

Mat 2016 to September 2016. Added to Gilbane Team in field. Worked on field support converting existing 21 story historic building into new Aloft hotel. Responsible for Mechanical support spaces including refurbishing of existing historic Lobby.

June 2015 to May 2016. Current professional project with Gilbane, actining as Project Manager/Superintendent in managing capital projects ranging across facilities in NJ, Eastern and Central PA for a major Specialty Convenience Food\Fuel Retailer Speedway. Duties consisted of Field supervision, Close-out. I manage simultaneously multiple projects across the region, with short duration timelines. This was done while keeping Clients open for Business all the while coordinating both Client Vendors and Contractors with Project Stakeholders Team to Grand Openings and completion. While working on ATT Capital Projects was promoted to Project Manager II April 2013. I acted as both Project Manager \ Superintendent ranging across Facilities 5 states. Duties consisted of Estimating, Bid & Buyout, Field Supervision and Engineering.
