QUALIFICATIONS Over a decade studying MVT deposition from the inside-out as a Mine Geologist Natural drive toward integrity Very safety oriented and desire to better incorporate safety throughout our business Self-motivated self-starter who recognizes and prioritizes what needs to be accomplished Intimately familiar with MVT ore attitude and what is needed to find, mine, and stay in ore grade trends Ability to compile mineable ore bodies that have earned respect across departments Competently direct multiple drill programs both underground and on the surface while successfully managing the needs and concerns of drillers Successfully trained multiple Mine Geologists to be effective in their work Proven ability to cooperate professionally across departments to achieve common goals regardless of any interpersonal dissonance Experienced with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Surfer, ArcGIS, Vulcan and acQuire Skilled with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Desire to find and implement the right balance of the right technology and traditional geologic methodology to strengthen Mine Geologists ability to maximize profit and mine life longevity Very alert to cyber security concerns Discrete on matters that require discretionPHILOSOPHY More than being simply a tax vehicle, a business is a group of people working together to support their families.
