All aspects of regulatory compliance for three lumber and forest products manufacturing facilities sited in two states. Responsible for compliance with federal, state and regional regulations pertaining to air, water, ground, waste generation and noise pollution prevention. Also responsible for coordinating safety and health program including regulatory compliance with state and federal safety and health regulations, develop programs and serve as liaison to safety committee to enhance the safety and health of operations at three sites.

Operations, maintenance and equipment maintenance contractor for BP and Arco in Prudhoe Bay oil fields. Maintained records and drafted support documents for bid packages. Performed daily gangbox meetings at various facilities, wrote training outlines for newhire orientation, ongoing refresher training, new product orientation and new regulation compliance.

Supervised the HM team at KPC. Ensured adequate training and preparedness for spills, leaks or releases of product at pulp mill including both land and waterborne oil spills.
