 Carried out the role of Senior Control Technician for the Re-Manufacturing modernization team at Bosch Packaging services.  Worked with Various types of Packaging Equipment Conferred with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements.  Provided training and product support for other members of the Modernization team.  Act as Voice of the Customer to translate needs to internal product teams.  Led the group in many machines remanufacture builds, utilizing various types of control up grades in house and out in the field on various types of Packaging, ranging from Horizontal Wrappers, Vertical Baggers, Robots, Tray loaders and tray Closers.  Worked with and led Field service on Installs of our Equipment out in the field  Worked with engineering on machine Builds meet the customer needs, mechanically and electrically.  Designed, released and installed complete control packages electrically and mechanically out in the field that held a 40% margin or better.  Worked with SAP 300 in various situations from engineering releases to Inventory control.  Utilized AutoCAD for Panel layouts and other various Mechanical parts for Rebuilds, also Utilized Solid Works models for Assembly reasons.  Built Assembly Packages for each build, consisting of W/D, Bills of materials, Solid works models when available along with legacy drawing in order to provide a smooth and easy Build for any project. Worked with External Vendors for various situations on the remanufacture builds, would outsource commercial parts and components for direct replacements of out of stock items, Drives, Motors, Pneumatics etc.

o 18 years of Electrical design. Working with Electrical Engineering to meet engineering needs along with meeting or reducing project cost. Designed Electrical Panels and layout of to meet UL-508A.  Following the NFPA 79 Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery. Building Bills of material for complete wrapping systems using SAP, laying them out to benefit Assembly floor lean practices.  Designing CAT 3 safety circuits.  Working with various types of software, Auto Cad, Eplan 21, and Eplan 8, to create W/D, Panel Layouts. Designing machine builds to meet CE requirements.  Working with vendors to use the correct components for the build. Designing and programming machinery to meet customer needs and meet all safety aspects of the build.  What value do you create for your customer, client, company, or department?
