In 2022, Carebridge Community Support (CCS) and Community Living Association Lanark County (CLA) announced a new collaboration to create a stronger voice for the people we serve. In September 2024, Clayton Seniors Housing Corporation became a member of the Lanark Community Alliance. Together, the three organizations employ over 300 people, welcome hundreds of volunteers and serve countless individuals and families.In less than two years, the CEO and shared Board have led a series of initiatives including a new strategic plan, integrated leadership roles for greater synergy and the creation of an Advisory Council of lived experience members to ensure the community’s voice is heard.
