Served as the company's Material's Manager during their search process. Retained to maintain purchasing and production planning along with shipping responsibilities for the company that provided plated parts to the automotive industry and most specifically Honda North America.

Assisted in growth of the company and it's two manufacturing operations in Ohio. CustomPak is a blending and filling operation for customers such as Permatex, PPG, Henkel, Blue Magic, Oatey and others. Production included were Industrial and Household liquid products.

As Supply Chain Manager, I had production planning responsibilities for three locations in Ohio, PA and Texas. Valspar purchased Quest Automotive in May 2015 and I worked on integration savings with corporate procurement team and I supervised 10 buyers and production schedulers. Was the key presenter for Supply Chain Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for North America including the three production facilities. Successfully opened a 3PL operation in Chicago and closed Detroit manufacturing operation. Transition ERP system for Ohio site from BaaN to Oracle 11i.

Achieved procurement team merger between Quest and Valspar for leveraged synergies savings of $8M annually. Supervised 8 employees over 2 locations at the time Valspar purchased Quest.

US Chemical & Plastics was sold to Quest Automotive Products in June 2013. Directly reported to the President and responsible for purchasing and production planning functions at the two Ohio sites with an annual spend of $40M and 11 production lines. Supervised 3 buyers and 2 production schedulers. Developed Vendor rating system and a Supplier charge-back system which collected over $500K over a three year period. Was an internal auditor for our ISO 9001:9008 system.
