Because I am a self employed artist and have never been employed by a law enforcement agency, my work as a police sketch artist is not a main stay. My main ability is in the creation of portraits. The ability to work from description is a plus when it comes to creating a portrait of a deceased person who might only have a poor photograph or even an existing photograph.I have also been successful in forensic skeletal illustration and have solved one case out of two so far; and you could say I solved what's known as a " cold case".
