Supporting the Directors of a number of institutional Traded Endowment Funds, as well as being the main relationship contact with external service providers including fund administrators, custodians, banks and fund lawyers. Key to all these relationships has been the ability to develop and propose credible strategies, such as proposals concerning buying criteria according to market conditions and negotiations with banks with regards to banking facility requirements. Day-to-day, managing a team to carry out Fund Administration functions including monthly Fund Valuations, Net Asset Value calculations, assisting with fund documentation updates, Fund Factsheets and production of cashflows. The reporting requirements of the role involve preparing monthly Excel and Word reports for both the TIS Group Board as well as external client’s, whilst also responsible for producing yearly Chairman statements.Key Achievements• Pivotal member of the senior team which resulted in growth of sales turnover from 2009, following financial crisis in 2008, and which has grown year on year since.• Continuing to oversee most profitable arm of the business, TEP Management Services Ltd, responsible for fund administration services to clients.• Cost saving re-negotiation of £60m lending facility on behalf of a client in 2012

Ensuring highest level of fund administration service was maintained to panel of mainly institutional clients and individual investors, which included carrying out valuations of clients portfolio’s, and net asset value calculations.Key Achievements• Integral part of a team who delivered increases in turnover from average £20m per month to £30m per month during second half of 2007• Developing existing client relationships which led to increased assets under management to £1.5bn

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of IFA’s/Investment Clubs globally • Regularly liaising with IFA’s/Investment Clubs to determine client requirements such as monies available to invest and investment profile • Sourcing suitable traded endowment policies according to client requirements, including large portfolios• Responsible for each stage of the sales process from client requirement through to completion, including issuing of contract notes and ensuring monies received by settlement date
