As a solar consultant, I was responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, and determining whether or not a home was a good fit to consider solar energy. I would then initiate contact, introduce my company and their programs, as well as benefits to homeowners all over Long Island. Upon creating new customers, it was my responsibility to maintain open lines of communication between the customer and SunRun until their solar array was installed. Performing site surveys meant that I was the first point of contact between the customer and Blue Raven after point of sale. Once a Sales rep signed up a new customer, I was dispatched to inspect the new customer's home, and I reported my findings back to the company. I determined structural integrity of homeowners' roofs and attics, and whether they could support a solar array, and inspected breaker panels to determine compatibility with solar peripherals. I was responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while working in a customer's home, as well as completing the task correctly the first time, every time in order to avoid return visits.

As a cable technician, I was required to maintain a high level of professionalism as a representative for my company, as well as their client in a customer's home. Duties included installing cable, internet, and telecommunications services and ensured these services were installed in the neatest, least invasive manner possible, leaving the customer satisfied. I was responsible for reviewing/correcting work orders upon arrival, acting as a medium between the provider, and the customer. Worked long hours on my feet, in small spaces, on extension ladders, and in less than ideal weather conditions.
