Overall responsibility for the restructuring of the UK South engineering services business. This twelve month project involved the integration of £15m of existing business from two service centres in Northwich and Cardiff to larger service centres in Alloa, Teesside & Barton. The projects main deliverables were the retention of 80% of the volume, redeployment of key employees, whilst maintaining a continuity of supply to the customer base with minimal disruption to all operations involved.
