Anyone can talk up their achievements. But I won’t. I will say you miss 100% of the attempts you don’t make. What I’ve noticed in people especially .. the initial nudge of confidence that most people require to achieve great life changing moments ….doesn’t happen. That does NOT lead us to a better world. I may not be your typical team leader. I have a unique way to look, go about, or tackle anything. If indeed I had to brag … I’m one hell of nudger!
