Work with a crew of machine mechanics to maintain and perform repairs on paper cup forming machines. Perform periodic maintenance on all machines in my work area. Work performed includes making mechanical adjustments and operator panel selective adjustments to the machine to ensure the product meets quality control specifications. The area I work in manufactures single-sided poly coffee cups using heat, air, silicone lubricant and the cam driven or electric motor driven components on the machine. Throughout the shift we monitor the machines performance and make any minor adjustments needed to maintain quality. We order parts from the parts room using the ORACLE inventory system. Any parts not available, we fabricate our-selves in the machine shop or on the work floor.Tools used daily are hand tools, air powered tools, measuring devices such as feeler gauges, digital micrometer, and calipers. We provide our own tools and tool boxes.

Document and escalate issues to Tier 2 & 3.Network monitoring and call center for the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) network. Was responsible for all aspects of the receiving department including: checking in of all product, transport of product to put away drop zones, and put away of product to backup racks. Had 2 supervisors and 34 team members I was responsible for. Was responsible for preparing projected and actual budget numbers using Access and AS-400 databases to gather production volumes and staffing hours. Held monthly department meetings for team members using Powerpoint Presentations to go over current news, safety training and Human resource training. Was responsible for being the certified Forklift trainer in my department.
