Supervised order pickers and stockers during the peak season at New Breed (Disney). Worked with other supervisors and managers to ensure that orders were processed in a timely manner. Main focus was ensuring that product was stocked and made accessible to pickers. There are some quality people at New Breed and the potential for growth and development seems likely.

During my twenty years with Diamond Comics I spent much of the time implementing new processes and improving existing processes. I used a variety of techniques to evaluate and modify processes in order to achieve better utilization of labor forces while increasing performance and accuracy.
