As an Assistant Headteacher at Stechford Primary School, I have been leading and managing a diverse and inclusive team of educators for over 11 years. I am passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students, staff, and parents, and fostering a positive and collaborative school culture.My core competencies include leadership, management, staff development, educational technology, curriculum development, public speaking, and essential computing skills including creating online resources. I have a BA in English (Hons) and a PGCE in Education from the University of Birmingham and UCE. I am committed to continuous professional development and innovation in education, and I have been the lead on multiple improvement initiatives and projects.
