Update and maintain accurate parts inventories.Manage all parts department activities, including stock purchases, internal and external sales, and annual stock inventory.Structure prices and assist in billing of all parts purchases and sales.Perform direct customer service issues: educating and problem solving with customers on technical issues and vehicleoperations.Work with all parts distributors and suppliers for purchases and sales.Process claims, shortages, damaged goods, back orders, recalled parts and core returns.Participate in the selection of company and department goals for each quarter.Meet with department managers and owners to discuss assignments for employees. Handle all employee issues includingincentive programs and disciplinary responsibilities. .
