As an Operations Specialist Chief Petty Officer with over 15 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, I bring a wealth of experience and leadership to my current role at the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center (JID-TC) in Fort Liberty. My naval career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to mission success across various challenging and dynamic environments.From 2009 to 2014, I proudly served aboard USS Elrod, where I honed my skills in maritime operations and contributed to numerous successful missions. Following my tenure on Elrod, I was stationed at Navy Recruiting District Ohio from 2014 to 2017, where I played a pivotal role in recruiting the next generation of Navy talent.My journey continued on the Littoral Combat Ship USS Tulsa from 2017 to 2023. During this period, I was instrumental in enhancing our operational capabilities and ensuring the crew's readiness for any mission. My experiences on Tulsa have deeply enriched my understanding of modern naval warfare and strategic operations.Currently, I am dedicated to training the future leaders of our armed forces in the Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) pipeline at the JID-TC. Here, I leverage my extensive operational knowledge and leadership skills to prepare our servicemen and women for the complexities of joint and coalition information dominance operations.I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and resilience.
