- Creation and management of Odin Mobile, the first ever wireless provider to focus on individuals who are blind or visually impaired.- Negotiate and finalize marketing, distribution, equipment purchase and other agreements with Google, Audible, National Federation of the Blind, Perkins School for the Blind and other organizations.- Established a sales channel to sell Odin Mobile's unique phones to the Department of Veterans Affairs.- Partnered with State of California to support a pilot program to provide free iPhones and training to individuals who are blind.- Presented at workshops and conferences on the benefits of mobile communications generally, and the android operating system specifically, for people who are blind.

- Responsible for the legal affairs of the company. - Draft and file petitions and other documents with the FCC and state public service commissions.- Meet/lobby FCC staff regarding universal service and other issues.- Defend company in revocation proceeding and other administrative actions.- Draft commercial agreements , including technology and outsourcing agreements.- Responsible for compliance with federal and state rules.

• Prepared and negotiated commerical contracts, including software license agreements, maintenance and support agreements, profesional services agreements, outsourcing agreements, M&A agreements, leases, employee stock option agreements, marketing agreements and telecommunications agreements.• Developed and implemented company policies and compliance programs.• Represented company before the FCC and state public utility commissions. Participated in rulemaking proceedings.• Counseled senior executives on impact of regulations and laws on company operations.• Conduct internal investigations and represent company in governmental investigations, including preparing responses to written inquiries and meeting with government investigators. • Managed company's litigation.• Managed company's corporate governance. • Supervised three other attorneys.

• Filed comments, reply comments, petitions for rulemaking, ex parte letters and other documents in regulatory proceedings on behalf of competitive local exchange carriers, payphone service providers and broadcast companies. • Represented plaintiffs in FCC formal complaint proceedings. Drafted complaints, expert testimony, declarations and other documents.• Responded to letters of inquiry issued by the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau.• Prepared memoranda advising clients on the impact of new regulations on their operations.• Represented client in antitrust litigation against Verizon in United States federal district court.
