I anticipate the needs of our attendees by using projections based off of prior years to accommodate the changes in weather, concert season vs football season, headliner and attendee difference, divisional matchup vs non divisional, and opening and shut down of the stadium. I effectively reduced spoilage costs by 300% after my first year and have kept it minimal ever since. I am on hand for any event that requires draft beer service. When needed, I have also created and batched out the offered specialty cocktail provided for the entire stadium.
